If you're holding top pair after the flop, you need to raise. Don't ever slow-play this hand in a loose low-limit game. You need to project strength after the flop. If the board is tame, you can continue to apply pressure in the hopes that you will force folds from all the players that are drawing, or at least give them insufficient odds for calling. If the board features too many coordinating cards, you need to find the quickest way to get out of the hand. If the board isn't frightening, you can keep trying to win the pot.
